Community at St. Catherine’s

Educating your daughter is a partnership between home and school, and we know girls thrive and reach their fullest potential when parents feel valued as important members of the School community. Open lines of communication between parents, teachers and administrators is paramount to the St. Catherine’s experience.

  • Arts Boosters

The Arts Boosters is a dedicated group of parents who support the visual and performing arts programs across all divisions. Their mission is to help fulfill the needs of plays, concerts, recitals, and other performances. By collaborating closely with arts faculty, parents of student artists, and counterparts at St. Christopher's School, the Arts Boosters assist with production requirements for performances and art exhibitions. In addition, they organize periodic celebrations to recognize and honor the achievements of our talented students.
  • Athletic Boosters

The Athletic Boosters consist of volunteer parents who spread school spirit and support our coaches and student-athletes. Through concessions at games, the annual golf tournament and membership dues ($35/family), the Athletic Boosters fund many special projects for the athletics programs. Recent examples include funding the new scoreboards, video equipment, championship banners, coaches awards and “The Edge” athletic yearbook.
  • Volunteering

You can volunteer as much or as little as you like. Being on campus is the best way to get to know our faculty, staff and students while showing your daughter the importance of giving back to her community. Volunteer opportunities include interacting with your daughter’s classroom, chaperoning field trips, and participating in fundraising, Daisy Days and various committees that promote student programs and parent enrichment.

Parents’ Association

All parents automatically become members of the St. Catherine’s Parents’ Association (PA). The PA hosts parent coffees with school leadership, “Be in the Know” programming and parent education sessions with our brother school, St. Christopher’s, throughout the school year.

The Parents’ Association hosts a variety of events throughout the year varying from social gatherings to educational programming. We strive to host diverse offerings for all interests and time commitments.
