About:

I'm a Richmond native and 2015 graduate of St. Catherine's where I was varsity swim captain, white team cheerleader, and mild mischief maker. I am a proud graduate of James Madison University and will say “Go Dukes” any chance I get. Fortunately, I was able to graduate in 2019 before COVID but it threw a wrench in my New York plans. I left the Big Apple in 2020 and ended up back home. In 2021, I started working for Virginia Tourism Corporation and am currently the Social Media Specialist. I create content for our social channels and take great pride in sharing why Virginia is for Lovers.

Things you enjoy doing as a family:

Family of one over here and loving it! I see my parents several times a week for Washington games and dog-shared custody drop-offs. We adopted our family Labradoodle, Hans, at 6 years old and don't know how someone could give him up. We're so thankful they did because he's the best addition to the family!

Favorite St. Catherine's tradition or memory:

I always loved ring candlelight. Each junior is paired up with a senior who gives them their ring in a special chapel ceremony. It beautifully symbolizes them passing the torch to the next class. It’s forever burned in my mind (pun intended). I was the one kid in the class who accidentally caught her hair on fire.

My St. Catherine's Experience:

I made the switch from Richmond Public Schools to St. Catherine’s in middle school and really cherished my time in an all-girls environment. I always struggled to focus in class and smaller class sizes and nurturing teachers contributed to my success in school. St. Catherine's also stoked a self-confidence that has carried me through school and into my career.
